CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This policy explains how to cancel an Unstudio subscription, when the cancellation takes effect, and how refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.Last updated September 15, 2026

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to Unstudio, operated by Unstudio Services Private Limited, with its registered office at 602, Sector 13, Urban Estate, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. Payments are processed by Stripe.

2. Free preview before you pay

You can see your first posts before entering any payment details. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan and confirm payment at checkout.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from the billing controls in your Unstudio account, which open the Stripe customer portal, or by emailing support@unstudio.ai from the address on your account. No notice period, no cancellation fee, and no call required.

4. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. After that date no further charges are made. Posts, images, and plans created during your subscription remain yours and can be exported before access ends.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each monthly or yearly period. Because the service does its work at the start of each period, amounts already paid are not normally refunded and we do not pro-rate partial periods.

We do refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same period, or charged after you cancelled.
  • A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service for most of a billing period and we could not fix it.
  • A refund is required by applicable law, or was promised to you in writing by Unstudio.

To request a refund, email support@unstudio.ai within 30 days of the charge with the email on your account and the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not refund to a different card or account.

7. Changes to your plan or price

If we change the price of your plan, we give you notice before the change applies to a future billing period. You can cancel before that period starts and you will not be charged the new price.
